Shipping policy

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including PO box addresses. We are not currently shipping internationally.

 

Processing Time

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3:00 pm ET or on weekends will ship the next business day.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard rates are $8.99 and will arrive within 5-7 business days

We offer free shipping for orders over $50 and will arrive within 5-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start after your order ships.

 

Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

 

Delays
Carrier delays, weather, and peak holiday volume can extend delivery times. We're not responsible for delays once a package is with the carrier, but we'll help you follow up.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. If an item arrives damaged, email a photo to support@shop-houseofwest.com within 5 days and we'll send a replacement.

 

Wrong Address
Please check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice any errors, contact us right away. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped.
